Perfect experience from start to finish and BEYOND! My sales representative (Ben) and finance manager (James) were very helpful and informative. They helped me find a car that fit my needs and within my budget. They explained all processes very well and were overall amazing through each stage of the process. Need A Car went above and beyond from hanging out/helping with my son while signing papers to picking me up day of since I sold my current car the morning of. Very impressed!! Flash forward to almost a week later and I unfortunately got a flat tire on my way to town. I called Need A Car to ask if that is covered and in less than an hour I received a text message that Jack (service manager) had two tires waiting and paid for at Goodyear in Trenton. Everyone involved has gone above and beyond in my opinion and my future car purchases will definitely go through them :) Thank you guys!!
